Bishop Clarence Joseph Bryant, the husband of Pastor Kayle T. Bryant and father of Brittany, Brandi, Markale, and Imani, was born on September 17, 1961 in Pompano Beach, Florida to the parents of Deacon Clenton Bryant, Sr. and Mother Ophelia McWhorter Bryant (both deceased). Clarence’s parents played an integral part in his decision to dedicate his life to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ through their example of holy living in the household.
He was baptized at an early age and fully yielded his life to Christ by calling on the Name of Jesus at the age of 12, while attending The Apostle Faith Church of Jesus, Inc. under the leaderships of General Bishop Clarence Ray, Sr. and Bishop Raymond Robinson, Sr. (both deceased). This baptized believer has held multiple positions in the church, rising through the ranks of Brother, Deacon, Minister, Elder, Pastor, and Bishop. Brother Clarence became an ordained deacon at the age of 18. Continuing to serve gracefully in the vocation wherein he was called, Deacon Clarence was elevated to the offices of Minister then Elder, respectively.
By the age of 29, Elder Bryant was appointed as Assistant Pastor to Senior Pastor Bishop
Robinson, Sr. of The Apostle Faith Church of Jesus, Inc. located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
As Assistant Pastor Bryant’s gift made room for him, he was consecrated and installed as the
Senior Pastor at the Miami, Florida branch of The Apostle Faith Church of Jesus, Inc. by Bishop
Clarence Ray, Sr. For several years, Senior Pastor Clarence Bryant served faithfully, and he
diligently led many souls to Christ until he relocated to Georgia in 2008. Pastor Bryant also
walks heavily in the prophetic arena as the Holy Spirit gives utterance. As such, he became the
Overseeing Prophet of the School of Elijah in Atlanta, Georgia in 2009.
Young Clarence attended Broward County Schools and graduated from Piper High School in
1979. In 1992, Pastor Clarence met Apostle Janice L. Dillard while attending Nairobi
Evangelical School of Theology. Twenty years later, as the Lord would see fit, he became
reacquainted with Apostle Dillard, who has become his mentor and confidante. Pastor Bryant
earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Jacksonville Theological Seminary in 1995. On March 28,
2015, he was consecrated to the sacred office of Suffragan Bishop of the Revival Faith Center
Ministries International, Inc. under the leadership of Apostle Janice L. Dillard. He currently
officiates as the Presiding Bishop of The Apostle Faith Church of Jesus, Inc.
Bishop Clarence Joseph Bryant has survived countless attacks of the enemy hence, he intrepidly
declares, “The Lord is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me?” (Psalms 118:6).
He is humble yet powerful, friendly yet firm, compassionate yet straightforward. Since the
commencement of his ministry, this anointed man of God has emphasized the words penned in
the Book of St. Matthew, the 24th Chapter and the 14th verse:
“And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.”
